It is not an exact science, but it is a do this then “rinse and repeat” activity.

Spend as much time as you can reading all the literature out there and you can pick it all up, little by little. There is a quicker alternative, which would be to find one of the courses out there and purchase it to speed up the learning curve. There are free introductory courses out there as well. Check for the validity of the claims. Stick to local instruction that is for your market.
